Craigston LLC concentrates in residential building projects in the greater Denver and Evergreen area.  As a construction manager, we offer pre-construction services, such as reviewing plans, proposing budgets, developing a job schedule, coordinating with engineers and architects.

During the construction phase we will manage the permit and inspection process, pre-qualify and supervise subcontractors and communicate with the homeowner on all phases of the process.
